We do not collect sensitive data and we do not build user profiles. Browsing data is processed only in aggregate, anonymous and cookieless form, as described in section 6.
The data you send us by email is used exclusively to answer your request for information about the Seity platform, to arrange demonstrations and to manage any resulting business relationship.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), on the need to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visit statistics are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a system that uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not track you across websites: it produces only aggregate data such as pages viewed, referring website, country and browser type. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, this measurement requires no consent. No Google Analytics or any other advertising analytics tool is used.

Your data is not sold or disclosed to third parties. The Website is delivered through the Cloudflare content delivery and security network, which processes connection data (IP address and request metadata) as a data processor in order to serve the pages, protect the site against attacks and produce the aggregate statistics described in section 6. Emails you send us are handled by our email provider for the sole purpose of delivering the message.
This privacy policy covers the seityai.com website only. The Seity platform itself is installed on our customers' own infrastructure and runs fully offline: the documents, audio, images and queries processed by Seity never reach SeityAI, and we have no access whatsoever to them. Each customer remains the sole controller of the data processed within its own installation.
